You can help qualified customers through the process of selling with an effective sales funnel system. This will ensure that they buy from your company and remain loyal customers. This is where your targeted audience first learns about your business. The potential customer is now aware that they require your product or service. But, they need more information to help them decide if you are the right product for their problem. By getting to know your customers and their needs, you can assist them to understand your products and gain their confidence.

Consultations, webinars, product demonstrations, and testimonials from customers will help you gain a better knowledge of the product.

Once you have prospects coming through your funnel, you should immediately start the qualification process. This stage is where most of your work happens. It is possible to quickly filter leads and then move up the funnel to convert the opportunity into a sales. This is the time when you must keep in touch with your prospect.

6. Purchase Stage

This is where your prospect is likely to decide to purchase. But your job is not over. The sales funnel starts again. Your customer must be moved onto other products and into a new funnel.
